Questions & Answers

Do I need to maintain insurance on my vehicle while it is at your Sales facility?
Yes, your vehicle must maintain its registration and level of insurance coverage.

What happens if my car gets into an accident while in your possession?
Well, if we showed proper care custody and control, the person driving your car would have been fully insured. Therefore, his or her insurance would carry over from their car to yours. The second line of defense would be your insurance coverage. Your insurance company would have to be involved in any event.

Where are you located?
We are located about 20 minutes south of Boston, right off of Route 24 via exit 16A. The facility is right on route 28 in West Bridgewater, Massachusetts.

What happens if there is a payoff on my vehicle?
In the case of a payoff, you may pay it off yourself, or we can do this for you for a small fee.

Can I pick my car up at anytime if I choose to use the Display Marketing Program?
You may pick up your vehicle at any time. If you decide that you no longer want to sell it while it is in our program and then change your mind at a later date, we will take it back for no extra charge when you wish to continue the sale.

How do we decide on the right price for my vehicle?
To decide on an accurate price for your vehicle we evaluate similar cars in the market.

Why can you sell a car for more money than a private seller?
We are a fully functioning dealership, which allows us to list your vehicle at dealer retail. We also accept trades and have a finance program for potential buyers.

Who will be allowed to drive my car while at your facility?
When a potential buyer would like to test drive your vehicle, we will join them on the test drive. Other than that, only employees will be able to drive your car when the lot is being rearranged from time to time.

What would happen if a potential buyer of my vehicle offered lower than my asking price?
In this case, we would not sell the vehicle until we are given your consent. You are essentially in charge of the amount of money you put into your pocket. We also call you with all offers to keep you informed of the progress on the marketing of your vehicle.

What if I need to sell my vehicle this week? Can you help me then?
Of course we can! We have what is called our Quick Sale Package. This entails us bringing your vehicle to an auction and allowing many dealers to see your vehicle up for sale. There is no initial fee for this package and only a small fee of $250 when the vehicle sells.
